The simple use of this site and/or placing an order for the products or services offered in it, constitutes a binding acceptance of this Terms of Use and any modification we could make of them. We could modify this Terms of Use at any time without notice to you, just by posting the modifications on our site.

Security and Liability limitations.
We will take all reasonable care to keep your data secure. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, we use anti-virus software, we have procedures in place to secure your data technical and physically, and all your credit information is not even known/managed by us, it goes directly to Paypal and we keep no record of it. But in the case a third party procures unauthorised access to data you provide, we can not be held liable for any loss of any kind you may suffer
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use-or the inability to use our site and/or the services or products we provide. This includes but is not limited to the damage or loss of data or costs or loss of profit. Even if we knew o should have known of the possibility of such damages. Shipping deadline and order details.
For Papá Noel, Viejito Pascuero, San Nicolas, Santa Claus, Santa, Weihnachtsmann, Babbo Natale, Pai Natal, Papai Noel and Père Noël:
In order to ensure that all letters are delivered on time for Christmas eve, no orders should be made after the 1th of December unless you choose one of our “remind” letters which could be sent any time of the year, excepting the ones requested during December wich will be reteined until Christmas.

For Nikolaus this deadline is the 15th of November

For Reyes Magos, Three Kings, Three Wise Men, Rois Mages, Re Magi, Reis Magos and Die Heiligen Drei Könige:
In order to ensure that all letters are delivered on time for January 6, no orders should be made after the 10th of December unless you choose one of our “remind” letters which could be sent any time of the year, excepting the ones requested during December and until January 6 wich will be reteined until January 6th.

For Conejo de Pascuas, Coniglio Pasquale, Oster Hase, Cohelo de Pascoa and Lapin de Paques:
In order to ensure that all letters are delivered on time for Easter, no orders should be made after 20 days befor Easter unless you choose one of our “remind” letters which could be sent any time of the year, excepting the ones requested during April wich will be reteined until Easter.

We will make our best effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, we accept no responsibility for late or failed delivery when this is outside of our control (e.g. a postal strike anywhere in the path the letter should take, delivery times that exceed the normal ones).
Your letter design may slightly differ from the one you choose, but we make our best effort to update our website on a regular basis (e.g. letter type, size, color, some design colors or shapes, etc.).
You are responsible for ensuring that all the information we request, names, addresses and others used to complete your order are accurate.

Price and taxes.
The price of the letter includes all shipping costs to anywhere in the world.
Prices are exclusive of all local, or other government taxes, fees, duties, or charges now in force or enacted in the future. If any additional tax, fee, duty, or charge is imposed by any governmental authority on, or measured by, the transaction between ABEGAL S.A. and you, you will be responsible for such tax, fee, duty or charge. In the event that ABEGAL S.A. is required to pay any such tax, fee, duty, or charge at the time of sale or thereafter, you will reimburse us.
Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. The prices listed on the site are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time.
Your credit card or debit card company will exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate.
The contract shall not have been concluded until we have received your valid credit card charge or debit card payment details and we have accepted your on-line order and sent you confirmation by return e-mail to the address you have given us during the ordering procedure. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

Governing laws.
Our company (ABEGAL S.A.) operates under the laws and regulations of the República Oriental del Uruguay. By accessing our website and/or using it and/or using one of our services or products you hereby agree that in the event of dispute, the laws of the República Oriental del Uruguay will apply at all times.
